Apple Has a High Net Promoter Score

Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Brandweek and Inc. periodically publish rankings of great companies who are either admired, innovative or great places to work. Brandweek published a list of companies that are so good at how they do what they do, that their customers tell their friends how good they really are. The overall winners:

2. Apple
5. Google
6. Facebook
7. Wikipedia
8. eBay
9.  Craigslist
10. Barnes & Noble (

With perhaps a few exceptions one could argue about similarities that exist in all of these companies:
      - They have low turnover 
      - Their customers trust them
      - Based upon this trust , their customers free them up to innovate 
      - Their customers are so delighted they gladly tell their friends
