Online Retailers Turn Up Service to Capture More Holiday Sales

"It's beginning to look alot like Christmas" and online retailers are ready to make the season jolly according to Geoffrey Fowler and Ann Zimmerman of the Wall Street Journal. They project service will be the centerpiece of this  holiday season's online experience.  Traditional retailers will not excel at store level this year and  online retailers are preparing to fill that void with, prompt responses , speedier deliveries, complete assortment and adequate inventories...We'll see what happens....
