One of the greatest contributors to Customer Rage is when companies make it difficult to connect with a person in order to solve a problem.

 David Colker in an LA Times article accurately highlighted Laureen Freedman's commentary on this subject.  If you care about your customers or clients don't you want to make it easy for them to do business with you?  Sadly not in today's service starved economy....
