Google's Customer Satisfaction Soars

In 2007  Fortune Magazine listed Google as the th most admired company in America and their  #1 best place to work for in America.  Additionally, Fast Company designated them the most innovative company in America.  It does not surprise us that they led this ACSI survey in Customer Service for their category. because they have admiration of American business , the pride their associates take who work there, and the permission of their users to innovate. Customer Service Excellence is the result of scoring well in each of these mentioned benchmarks. 

Strong relationships with those we serve gives a company permission to innovate because they are trusted by their customers and clients; they are fiscally sound because they have a loyal following of customers and clients and their business base continues to grow because their loyal following of customers and clients keep telling others how terrific they are.  Three cheers for Google.
