A modest poposal to fix Dell's customer service

When a significant business model  has been built on customization and the service solution doesn't come close to that model, one has to wonder if tDell is too far back to catch up.  The most ridiculous observation of the service dilema camme from the State of new York. when Andrew Cuomo their Attorney General, filed suit against them because of the customer complaints and nightmarish experiences resulting from poor service.
