Lawry' Prime Rib Continues to Serve Loyal Customers

I have been priveledged to know Richard Frank for almost 25 years.  He was CEO of Lawry's Foods, when Unilever purchased their seasoned salt and spice blends for consumer resale.  Never did Unilever ever own the restaurants, but over that time frame I have dined at all of their US lrestaurants both professionally and personally many many times.  Every single visit always produced the identical memorable experience for the finest in quality beef and excepional "Guest Service " as they call it. 

Richard Frank learned from his father and then taught his son that how you do .... what you do enables you to endure the test of time and build a permanent bridge to loyalty. In a recent newsletter sent out to his loyal guests, Richard reflected on these tough economic times and how his fine restaurants have survived and in some ways thrived through very tough times.
